Emperor IV - CJ "bubbaboy" Whitmer The Southern Comfort Spirit Legend of the Phoenix Contact the Emperor For 17 years CJ has been a member of numerous organizations and non-profit organizations where he has met all kind of wonderful people working with the Bear, Leather, and Drag Communities. About ten years ago he joined The Imperial Court System, and was a member in Dallas TX, Las Vegas, NV and now has found a home here in Arizona. During Reign III he served the Court as Prince Royale and is now your Candidate for Emperor IV of Arizona. CJ is proud of being involved with non-profit organizations that have given so much to the communities and now it's his turn to give some back.			Empress IV- Regine Rochelle Contact the Empress Ray Vela ( Regine Rochelle) got involved in the art of female impersonation 22 years ago in Dallas, Texas, where he was introduced to the Imperial Court of Dallas in the early 90's. Soon thereafter he joined and became the Imperial Crown Princess. He then moved to Tulsa Oklahoma and started entering bar pageants and soon started competing in the American pageant system, which was very challenging. He moved back to Phoenix Arizona in the year 2002 and found the Imperial court of Arizona and felt the need to reconnect with my position for entertaining and community service. Now she would like to see you all come and join the fun.
Prince Royale - Stephen Bloom Born in 1963, Stephen is a gay leatherman and holds the titles of Mr. padlock Leather 2001, padlock Leathersir 2002, Marquis, Reign I, Prince in Reign II of the Imperial Court of Arizona. Stephen was proud to serve as Local Co-Chair and Director of Marketing for Leather Leadership Conference-IX, and was awarded the Rocky Mountain Region Pantheon of Leather XV Award. He served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Power Exchange (APEX), Treasurer, and Vice President to the Universal Brotherhood of the Leatherlords (UBL), is the founding member and past President of the Arizona Men of Leather (AML). His involvement also includes assisting with the production of many other local and regional Leather contests and events, fundraising for local charities, community graphic designer, and educating and presenting lifestyle demonstrations in the community. Stephen and his husband Alan have been together since 2001, and his boy Joe has been collared to him since 2002.			Princess Royale - Sandy LaFrance Sandy hails from Escondido, California, and moved to Phoenix in 1980. She has two children both of which are wanting to join the Imperial Court. Sandy has been active in the Arizona BDSM community for the past 15 years, holding many positions in various groups. Sandy is a Co-founder of the Arizona Women of Leather (AWOL), and served on the Board of Directors for 3 years. Sandy was the first of the AWOL sisters to serve as Ms. AWOL, a visibility title to get the word out that Women and Leather do mix. Sandy also held a Board of Directors position with APEX (Arizona Power Exchange) as Secretary then as Co President for 2 of the 5 years she served on the board. Helping to take the Group from a general group to an organization with 501 (c) 7 status which is a NOT for profit Educational Organization. She currently sits on the Board of Directors and is a Co Producer of Southwest Leather Pride  which hosts the Southwest Leather Pride weekend each year that has gone from a short 2 day event to a full 4 day event.. Sandy currently has been honored with the title of Princess Royale IV and is excited to be involved in the Arizona Imperial Court again. Sandy is looking forward to seeing old friends and in making new ones. Raising money for the Arizona Community and helping other Courts reach their goals.

Grand Duke - Ray Shapiro Being a native of Minnesota, Iwas introduced to the "Imperial Court System" in 1980 when Imoved to Dallas and was crowned Princess Royal III of Dallas. Iwas with the Dallas court until Imoved back to Minnesaota in 1987. Ithen moved to Phoenix in 1993. I was re-introduced to the imperial court in 2007. I am very honored to a part of such an incredible organization, and to serve the community of Phoenix.			Grand Duchess - Regina Gazelle I'm the Founder/Director of an all transgender halfway house, non-profit organization. It's called "This is H.O.W.", the first in the state of Arizona. In addition to the transgender women I have supported, I have held several community orientated titles such as Miss Originality 2000, Miss Gay Glendale and Miss National Capital Cities and have traveled, performed and spoken on issues important to our community across the country. I've started an AA meeting for the Community Church of Hope and I'm frequently asked to speak to AA, NA and other groups on transgender issues. I am part of a T-Girls Vision, which is an all transgender support group at the Community Church of Hope. We meet once a week to discuss issues that concern a transgender's everyday life. I have raised more than $40,000 in fundraisers for the non-profit organizations within the communityI am pleased and honored to be a part of the Imperial Courts

Baron - Dr. Connie "Brick" Mullen Dr. Mullen comes from a small town in Missouri. She is an only child. She has gown up here in Arizona. She has been very active in the community for years. She is and has been an active Mental health professional for over 35 years here in the Valley. She currently has a private practice as well as is employee by a Valley agency. She feels very strong about supporting and giving back to the community. Dr. Mullen also has a strong interest and talent for art. She is the founder of Mi Arts Original.			Baroness -Open
Marquis - Don Burns Don was born and raised in Kansas City, and moved to Phoenix in 1993. He has worked as a paralegal for eighteen years, and started law school at the Phoenix School of Law in 2006. He joined the Imperial Court during Reign II, due to meeting JaGi, and almost immediately became the unofficial court photographer. Don owns a photography business (www.aroundphoenix.com) and has been taking photos professionally for more than a decade now. He lives and works in both the Prescott and Phoenix			Marquessa -Open

Knight - Open			Dame - Sherri Lynn Bill VanTassell {A.K.A Sherri Lynn} was born and raised in Binghamton, NY. In 1988, Bill moved to Rochester, NY where he became involved in various organizations. Such as The Rochester Rangers. A non-profit organization who held fundraisers for other organizations. Also, Bill became a NYS marriage ambassador in 2005. Bill has been involved in many choirs and enjoy singing in groups. He is a member of Gentle Shepard Metropolitan Community Church. Bill continues to look for ways to help out the community. In 1991, Bill moved to San Francisco, CA where he was introduced to The Imperial Court for the first time. Bill soon became good friends with members of the court and helped out at several functions. In 2007, Bill moved to Phoenix and joined the court during the 2nd reign.
Gary Munson-King Father of Reign IV Gary was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan but was raised most of his life in Texas. He started his court service in Houston with the Empire of the Royal, Sovereign Imperial Court of the Single Star in 1994. That same year he relocated to Dallas, Texas but did not join the court right away. He supported both the Imperial Court de Fort Worth/Arlington and the United Court of the Lone Star Empire of Dallas. A year later he was a member of the United Court of the Lone Star Empire. Gary was elected Emperor 28 in 2002. In 2007, he decided that a change of scenery was needed and moved to Phoenix, Arizona. He joined the Imperial, Sovereign Empire of Arizona where he continues to raise much needed monies for the GLBT communities of Arizona. He recently was bestowed the title of King Father to Reign 2.			Jagi-Queen Mother of Reign IV Joseph A. Gaxiola (aka JaGi) was born and raised here in AZ. At the tender age of 20 Joseph moved to San Diego. In 1992, he became involved with the LGBTS (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and straight) Band of San Diego, where he eventually became one of its producers and in charge of fundraising for the band. He also became involved with the Imperial Court de San Diego in 1995, during Reign XXIV (Emperor Toni Puente and Empress Maya). By the end of Reign XXVI (Emperor Randy Abatangelo and Empress Fifi) JaGi received San Diego's most valued title for non-elected members who's participation is far above the norm: Her Imperial Highness, The Golden Phoenix Crown Princess for Life. In 1997, JaGi began producing one of the most successful camp drag shows in San Diego at The Hole. In 8 years, JaGi's troup of camp performers raised over $10,000 dollars for various Southern California charities. In 2004, Joseph decided to move back home to Phoenix to be closer to family. Joseph now works for his family's medical billing agency as an accountant in Chandler, AZ. Thanks to Grand Duke Gaby and Grand Duchess Sandy, JaGi joined the Imperial Court of AZ. She is thrilled to be back with the Court and is looking forward to helping out as much as she can with the court and its membership.
