Mischievous, lively, and determined, Scam Simmone Likely steps forward as a proud candidate for Emperor XX. Blending charisma, wit, and charm, Scam captivates audiences as a gender bending burlesque performer while embodying a deeper commitment to community and connection.

Scam has been actively involved in charitable work for many years. Alongside his partner, he has helped raise funds for a variety of organizations, including Horses Help, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and Flight 33, among others.

In Reign XV, he volunteered his time with the Arizona Pride Tour 2021 that raised 10k for 5 pride organizations throughout the state.

Beginning his Court journey as Duke XVIII, Scam built a foundation not in the spotlight, but instead behind the scenes—designing flyers, supporting raffles, managing door operations, and proudly representing the ICOA at out-of-Realm events and coronations. Now serving as Prince Royale XIX, he continues to travel and represent Arizona with pride. He produced a very successful Fundraiser show in the form of a Draglesque Variety show to benefit SACASA and has performed and helped with multiple other fundraising efforts by the current Reign and within our community. This hands-on dedication has shaped a leader who understands that true royalty is built through service as much as spectacle.

Grounded in hands-on service and fueled by creativity, Scam understands that true royalty is earned through dedication as much as performance. With a vision rooted in service, joy, and a touch of playful mischief, Scam Simmone Likely is ready not only to wear the crown, but to honor it.

He has a funny name but, he's serious about helping Arizona’s diverse communities.
